Fees

For a standard 50-minute psychology session, fees range from $230to $275 depending on the practitioner. Appointments scheduled for longer than 50-minutes are billed accordingly.

Payment is required at the time of consultation and we require clients to have a credit card on file.

We accept other funding bodies, such as TAC or WorkSafe, on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation policy

When you make an appointment with a psychologist, that time is set aside for you. 

We understand that life is busy but if you are unable to attend, please let us know at least 24 hours prior, so that time can be made available to support someone else. 

We will send you an email and SMS appointment reminder with your appointment time and location 48 hours in advance.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours prior to appointment) or no-shows will incur the full standard session fee. By making an appointment at NorthPsych, you agree to this policy.
