Children and Adolescents

Children and teenagers navigate a complex world filled with unique challenges that can impact their emotional, social, and academic well-being. From bullying and peer pressure to anxiety about school performance, young people often grapple with intense emotions they may not yet know how to express. The digital age adds further struggles, with social media amplifying self-esteem issues or exposing them to cyberbullying. Family changes, like divorce or relocation, and developmental transitions, such as puberty or moving to high school, can also spark stress, defiance, or withdrawal. For some, underlying concerns like ADHD, autism, or trauma manifest as behavioral difficulties, leaving parents feeling overwhelmed and unsure how to help.
